** All Flat-rate shipping rates apply to domestic continental U.S. shipments up to 100lbs. Orders in excess of 100lbs will be subject to additional shipping charges. SELLER ships orders via UPS/FedEx Ground Service within the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii must ship via air due to carrier restrictions.

** All firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL holder. All firearms will be shipped to the premises address listed on the FFL.

** No ammunition will be shipped to Alaska, California, Hawaii, or New York. Magazines having over ten rounds of capacity will not ship to the following states: CA, CT, NJ, NY, WA, HI, PA, RI,DE, IL, MD, DC and CO.

** Refused shipments will be credited to your account, minus a 20 % restocking fee and any additional shipping charges, once the product is received and verified by SELLER.

** SELLER will not ship to international addresses.

Damaged Packages and Carrier Loss

A. Claims for lost, stolen or damaged shipments should be reported by the Consumer to the Retailer within 5 days of the delivery / expected delivery date.

B. Retailer is responsible for filing all damage claims and traces with UPS/FedEx on behalf of the Consumer.

C. Ceiling for all UPS/FedEx claims is $100.00 unless Consumer has requested Insurance on the order.

Cancelled Orders

Orders that are cancelled after processing will incur a restocking fee of 10%. This fee covers handling, packaging, and administrative costs associated with the cancellation. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 5 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 20% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 5 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 20% restocking fee (totaling 35%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

• Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
• Products sold "as is" or "used" or products that have been installed or used after receipt.
• Firearms once transferred to the buyer.
• Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
